Abhisheak Dhoot is the Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since November 28, 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from BRB College of Commerce, Gulbarga University and is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is currently associated with Abisheak Dhoot & Co. in the capacity of a partner. In the past,he was associated with Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Bengaluru and A.K. Channamallikarjunagouda & Co., Raichur. He has over 11 years of experience in taxation, auditing and financial advisory.

He provides independent oversight and strategic guidance to the Board, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, governance standards, and ethical practices, while contributing to the review of financial performance, risk management frameworks, and internal control systems to safeguard stakeholder interests, and serving as a member of the Board and its Committees to support effective and well-informed decision-making.
