Pooja Biyani serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Himalaya Nutravedics India Ltd. and has been associated with the company since January 08, 2026. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Pragathi Mahavidyalaya Degree College, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from M.S.S. Law College, Osmania University, Hyderabad. She is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
With around four years of experience in the secretarial and compliance industry, she is responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and related regulations. Her role includes maintaining statutory records and registers, managing corporate filings with the Registrar of Companies, and supporting the company’s governance and regulatory compliance framework.
